Cancellations Policy

Once you book a tour with Deep Rainforest or through Deep Rainforest and then have to cancel or change the date of the Tour or Transport for any reason (including arriving too late on the morning of the tour, frequent transport cancellations, cancellations due to bad weather, illness of the user, personal problems, road blockades, civil protests, outside Deep Rainforest’s control), the company will not be able to refund your full payment

CANCELLATIONS ON TRANSPORT: BUS, TRAIN, PLANE, JEEP,
Tickets purchased through Deep Rainforest are NON REFUNDABLE & NON TRANSFERABLE Even when you are told by the Airline/Bus Company’s counters or employees that Deep Rainforest can do it. Once you buy a ticket through Deep Rainforest ‘YOU HAVE TO USE YOUR TICKET’ because Deep Rainforest acts only as an agent and doesn’t keep your money especially on flights to and from Rurrenabaque. Deep Rainforest will not loan any money to the Airline to have your money back, this is a probable problem you must deal straight with the Airline or other Transport Company.
CHANGE OF DATE
You can change your transport date according to the following penalties previous verification of availability:
– 20 usd (on flights) ‘ 50 % (on other transport) 48 hrs prior to departure
– 50 %’ (on flights) – 70 % (on other transport) 24 hrs prior to departure
– No change of date on the day of departure
CANCELLATIONS ON TOURS
Tours are changeable, refundable and non transferable.
If you have to cancel your Tour, the Company will reimburse you:
80%” 90 days to 6 days prior to departure
50%” 05 days to 48 hrs prior to departure
00%” 24 hrs prior to departure
Deep Rainforest reserves itself the right to cancel or delay the tour even until one minute before departure.
In case of cancellation, you will be 100% refunded
CHANGE OF DATE
You can change your Tour date according to the following penalties previous verification of availability:
10 %” 90 days to 6 days prior to departure
20 %” 05 days to 48 hrs’ prior to departure
30 %” 24 hrs prior to departure
No change of date on the day of departure
No fee when the client arrives late due to transport delay or cancellation. He/she can do the Tour on the next departure available subject to availability.
CANCELLATION FEE RECEIPT
When you cancel your Tour or Transport due to illness, personal problems or any other reason, the Company will give you a CANCELLATION FEE RECEIPT that may be able to be used to claim this penalty from your travel insurance
